Tomorrow is National Fudge Day! According to legend, fudge was an accident only discovered after a confectioner made a mistake while trying to make caramel! Talk about a delicious mistake!

In celebration of the holidays, we wanted to share a recipe from our friends at for cannabis-infused fudge! Try it out today!

1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 cup unsalted cannabutter
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 lb powdered sugar

1. Place peanut butter, cannabutter, and salt in a large microwaveable bowl and melt in the microwave until completely melted (about 2 minutes).
2. Stir in the vanilla and powdered sugar (I use a mixer and whip it up for a couple of minutes to make it lighter).
3. Spread the fudge into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with an offset spatula or spoon.
4. Cover and place in the fridge until cool.

To serve, cut into 1-inch pieces. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
