Location: Mankato, MN (applicants within a 50-mile radius, including Mankato, are encouraged to apply)

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

• 40-50 hours per week
• Overtime available

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks
• Assist with farm and outdoor work
• Support project development as needed
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment

Qualifications

• Previous farm labor experience preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Must pass a background check for future opportunities
